My amazing mum, Genny Bozzolo, founded Il Veliero at the end of the 1990s. It is now a major player in the events sector.Our goal was to increase the conversion rate of our website visitors. We rebuilt the website, paying particular attention to the call to action (CTA). As a result, we achieved our objective of closing bookings a couple of months earlier than the previous year.
'Veliero OS' is Il Veliero's operating system.
It is a tool that aims to automate many aspects of Il Veliero's activities, from budget tracking to creating quotes for clients. It was prototyped in two weeks using Notion for survey management and database organisation. It is currently in the testing phase, but has already helped reduce the amount of work for both the sales and buyer team.

In the latest year i started to try different vibecoding service, so i create an MVP app for a climbing gym. I tested base44 i'm not sure how good it this. I had many difficulties and limitation but in the end I didn't expect anything more than a good MVP.
The service will be available soon and I'm planning to interview the user after a month of first usage in order to understand what miss.

Concepts
The proposed btbtc application represents an innovative tool designed to facilitate management operations for artisans. The first service, dedicated to professionals, allows easy compilation and management of electronic invoices, greatly simplifying the bureaucratic part. On the other hand, the app offers an interface for the end user, which aims to centralize communications between the various stakeholders involved in the work process. The synergy between the two services makes the app a valuable ally in optimizing the management of craft activities, improving efficiency and communication.
