
'Veliero OS' is Il Veliero's operating system.
It is a tool that aims to automate many aspects of Il Veliero's activities, from budget tracking to creating quotes for clients. On the Home page, we find two buttons to create new quotes to send to our customers and to create new tasks for our internal team. When you click on one of these buttons, you have to complete a form with all the necessary information in order to get the job done.

The Home
We decided to use a Kanban board to manage the quotes and keep track of the status of negotiations.
In this overview, users need access to information other than the client's name, so I display the date of the event and its total cost.

I must admit that I started with a template and then customised it extensively to meet Veliero's requirements. This dashboard provides a quick overview of the balance.
There are two other buttons - I love buttons - that I find useful for adding new incomes or expenses and allocating them to the right category.
